Qantas has announced it is introducing a new system for frequent fliers.

People who regularly take flights to Australia with Qantas could be interested in a new frequent flyer programme which has been introduced.

The Qantas scheme has been created in conjunction with Optus and aims to reward small and medium-sized business customers who hold Qantas frequent flyer points.

Offering two points for every Australian dollar which is spent with Optus services, they are redeemable at the Qantas frequent flyer store against flights, merchandise and a selection of experiences.

Michael Smith, managing director with Optus Consumer said, “Whether you’re a prepaid customer or a family with multiple Optus fixed and mobile services, we will reward you with two Qantas frequent flyer points for every dollar spent on most Optus personal services.”

There could be even more reasons to take flights to Australia and travel on to other locations as Qantas recently revealed it was expanding its list of destinations.
