More than 12 five-star hotels and resorts are set to open in Goa, India’s coastal state. This will offer more accommodation alternatives for both domestic and international tourists spending on tickets for flights to the country’s tropical paradise.

More 5 Star Hotels in Goa for Tourists

Leisure holidaymakers and beach lovers taking tickets aboard Goa bound flights and looking for luxurious accommodation will have more options at their disposal in the future. Over 12 five-star properties are set to be established at the state’s coastal villages, revealed online sources.

At present, there are around 3,465 five-star rooms available for those takingĀ tickets on flights for travel to Goa, India. However, experts believe that the numbers will almost double up over the next two to three years.

Recently, there has been a spate of launches by both domestic and international players at the destination. With India’s burgeoning tourism sector, many global brands are looking towards India as a part of their brand development strategies.

One of the strongest reasons for the soaring demand for 5-star rooms is the round-the-year balmy climate that tempts hundreds to look for tickets on international flights to this seaside destination in India.

Besides, the huge concentration of the off-shore casinos in the state is yet another factor that lures a huge influx of both local as well as foreign visitors to look for flights tickets to the country’s premier seaside attraction.

The coastal province is already home to around 25 five-star resorts that are certified by the India’s tourism ministry. There are plenty of other hotels that present themselves as 5-star resorts or 5-star boutique resorts, but are not certified as such by the union tourism ministry.
