Jet Airways has been recognised in the latest Air Passenger Association of India (APAI) awards.
Saroj Datta, executive director of Jet Airways, welcomed the awards as the results are based on feedback directly from passengers and believed it reflects the hard work of the airline’s staff.
He added: “These awards stand testimony to our commitment to continually focus on the needs of our guests, thus offering them a truly world-class travel experience.”
Last year, Jet Airways was named by the APAI as the Best Full Service Airline in India and recently picked up the preferred airline for business class travel at the CNBC Awaaz Travel Awards.
Jet Airways currently offers flights to Johannesburg, London, Dubai and 19 other international destinations.
