About the Festival

In total, the festival will be hosting 24 colourful events which will unfold over a span of four days. Events will be held at some of the most stunning locations peppered throughout the city of Cancun and will feature myriad astonishing performances. Chefs and Wine experts from all parts of the world are expected to participate in this extravagant gourmet carnival.
Some notable chefs who are expected to attend the fourth edition of Cancun-Riviera Maya Wine and Food Festival are French greats Bruno Davaillon, Laurent Cantineaux, Gregory Gourreau, Henri Charvet and Hubert Keller along with Spanish personalities Juan Mari Arzak, Joan Roca and Eneko Atxa.
No doubt, the star attraction of each year’s celebrations remains the ‘Gourmet Tasting Village’, which is setup at Cancun’s Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort. Boasting both local and global cuisines, the tasting village allows the guests to interact with experts from different countries and learn their creative cooking skills.
Especially, in the honour of Mexico’s female chefs, the festival this year features a special ‘Divas of Mexican Cuisine’ Gala Dinner in the list of events. To be held on March 14th at Secrets the Vine, the dinner will see around 3,000 guests.
