Running from June 4th to 11th, some 40 award-winning films from across 17 different countries will be screened at the Coliseum Theatre in Phuket Town.
This year’s special event will be a “Spotlight on Taiwanese Film” and directors, actresses, actors and producers from Taiwan will be attending the event as special guests.

Award-winning Taiwanese films – and one Acadamy Award-nominated film – will also be shown.
Festival VIPs will be making a special tour of the Thai island promoting the destination as a world-class location for film.
Located approximately 862 kilometres from the capital city, Phuket is the largest island in the south of Thailand and can be reached easily by travellers flying to Bangkok, according to Tourism Thailand.
