Jools Holland is set to perform at the forthcoming 2011 Dubai International Jazz Festival.

The music event starts on January 20th until February 18th and will feature some of the world’s leading names in music. It is expected that the festival will boost the number of fans taking flights to Dubai over the next few weeks.

As well as Jools Holland and his Rhythm and Blues Orchestra, Macy Gray, Alison Moyet, Joshua Radin and Mica Paris are also heading to Dubai to perform.

The highlight gigs of the event will be held at Dubai Media City on February 16th and 18th.

Tickets are available now, with prices starting at 275 dirhams (£48) per night for standing room and seating tickets are selling for between 350 and 495 dirhams.

The first Dubai International Jazz Festival was held in 2003 and it has developed into a popular event.
