Dubai’s attraction for tourists is magnetic, and there are umpteen good reasons for it. While Dubai extends unparalleled hospitality and is alluring to visitors from around the world, the tourists are always wary of drinking and partying to their heart’s content in Dubai as it is illegal to drink in public places. While drunken nights of revelry by the beach might not be possible in Dubai, the city has a very active and flourishing nightlife scene behind the closed doors of plush hotels, resorts and restaurants. If you are visiting Dubai soon, we have some recommendations for places you can count on for guaranteed fun and entertainment during the night.

People by Crystal

This award-winning club is easily the flashiest, the most glamorous and extravagant in its facilities and offerings. Located at the top two floors of the iconic Raffles Dubai, the club is where the most happening parties in Dubai are hosted. Partying under the blazing lights in the Pyramid shaped building offering impressive views of the skyscrapers, the desert as well as the sea brings you the best of Dubai under one roof. The beats by renowned international DJs keep visitors grooving, and the club full to the brim every night of the week.

White Dubai

Another rooftop addition to Dubai’s pack of world-class clubs and bars, White Dubai has been winning hearts and awards ever since its launch. The Meydan Racecourse Grand Stand hosts this exclusive nightclub that remains open only during the winter months (starting September 15). The leading international EDM, Rock, Hip Hop DJs and artists make sure the music is upbeat and everyone finds their jam. The place remains packed all day of the week; making reservation is highly recommended though not necessary.

Cirque Le Soir

Cirque Le Soir is the most unique (some people would say the most weird) nightclub in Dubai. Hosting entertaining nights around the theme of circus among others, the club is known for organising the craziest parties in the town. The club literally has many tricks up its sleeve for drawing visitors, including a performer trying to eat the whole phone and a stage filled with bubbles poured from a drum. A little expensive on the pocket, a Cirque Le Soir visit is nonetheless rewarding as the music is always thumping, service exemplary and ambiance inviting. It’s a sin to miss the award-winning ‘Hip Hop Chic’ nights hosted on Mondays if you are in town.

360°

Extending its reach out to the Arabian Gulf, the circular 360° is the city’s favourite nightspot. Looking out at the sea and the iconic Burj Al Arab, the nightclub is a part of the Jumeirah Beach Hotel. From food and drinks to ambiance and from music to gentry, the club is where you will find the best of everything. International DJs and artists as well as  mixologists and bartenders look after the guests in the background of best in dance, house, hip-hop and R&B. Make sure to reach in time for the sunset as it is going to be one of the most glorious you will see in the city.

The Act

If there’s nothing more you are up for than sipping your favourite drink and chilling at a place an entire day, The Act has got their act together for you. Start by watching a mind-blowing theatrical show centred on cabaret and vaudeville. The award-winning show features a team of very talented actors, singers, musicians and directors. As the night descends, be prepared to groove to the beats of local DJs and dance with talented international performers with the rest of Dubai.
