A Thai golf resort is welcoming amateurs for its annual summer tournament.
Brits looking to fit in a round or two of golf after arriving on flights to Thailand have been advised to book a stay at the Hyatt Regency Hua Hin for the resort’s annual amateur golf tournament.
On July 16th, the nearby Banyan Golf Club will be hosting the two-day event, which features many prizes for proficient putters and skilful linksmen.
The winner of the Hole in One prize will get a brand new Toyota Prius, while the overall tournament winner will be awarded a three-night holiday in Australia, including return flights with Thai Airways.
Runner-up prizes include a full set of golf clubs, return flights to Koh Samui and free rounds of golf.
Guests can book a two-night stay at the Hyatt and get a welcome dinner, two rounds of tournament play golf with a caddy, a special awards ceremony lunch and transfers all for 10,800 baht (£217) per person, based on two sharing.
