A Thai hotel has announced that it is now offering a range of Apple gizmos in every room.
Technology lovers can stay in a hotel kitted out with Apple gadgets by catching flights to Bangkok this summer, as the Thai capital’s Sofitel hotel has added a range of new gizmos.
Sofitel So Bangkok offers free wireless internet access and an Apple Mac mini in every room, as well as 40-inch LCD TV and an in-room iPad.
Furthermore, guests will get access to the hotel’s shared music and movie library, or alternatively you can plug in your iPhone or iPod to listen to your favourite tracks in your room.
Applications available on your in-room entertainment system include live webcams of the Bangkok skyline, as well as room service menus.
Gilles Cretallaz, hotel general manager at Sofitel So Bangkok, said: “The personal computer is integral to the digital lifestyle, and people are coming to expect that what is central to their lives at home should also be available when they travel.”
