Gloria Hunniford has spoken in praise of Cape Town and how much she enjoyed a recent visit there.
Taking flights to Cape Town may appeal to some travellers after Gloria Hunniford spoke about how much she enjoyed a trip to the South African city.
The TV presenter offered her experiences of the city at the recent World Travel Market event in London and said that she thoroughly enjoyed her stay.
“I had a most amazing time. The weather was perfect! I was amazed at the flowering landscape on one of the wine estates, it was like a piece of heaven,” Hunniford told Tourism Cape Town.
The tourism group added its own praise for the personality, stating that people like her are the ideal brand ambassadors and hoped that her comments could encourage more people to come and experience the delights of the area for themselves.
Individuals who are concerned about the impact their trips have on the environment may be interested in heading on flights to Cape Town, after the city marked World Responsible Tourism Day last week.
