Etihad Airways steps up its expansion plan with the appointment of pilots, managers, contact centre staff and an engineer.
Etihad Airways has continued its rapid expansion by honouring 31 new national cadet pilots.
The firm, which offers flights to Abu Dhabi, also appointed ten graduate managers, an engineer graduate and 77 contact centre staff.
Etihad Airways also honoured 11 other international graduating cadet pilots. All the new pilots will join the carrier as second officers.
James Hogan, chief executive officer, told Gulf News Etihad Airways was committed to creating a skilled workforce, in line with Abu Dhabi’s 2030 plan.
The new pilots, managers, contact centre staff and engineer will take up roles in cities around the globe – including Munich, Chicago, London and Melbourne.
Recently, Etihad Airways recruited a number of top chefs for its Diamond First Class cabins.
The luxury airline claimed its five-star service offered an “unparalleled” attention to detail and superb choice.
