Etihad’s James Hogan has recently visited Boeing’s Everett production to look at the new Dreamliner.

Anyone catching flights to Abu Dhabi and beyond in the future could be experiencing the luxury of an Etihad Dreamliner.

The chief executive officer of the carrier James Hogan recently visited Boeing’s Everett production facility to see how the production of the 787 is coming along.

Etihad announced in March that it had 41 Dreamliners on order to supplement its existing and make new flight routes around the world, making it the owner of the largest prospective fleet of the new aircraft.

“The Dreamliner’s arrival will be a positive milestone for two strategically aligned partners, who are looking to successfully work with Boeing on our integrated fleet programme,” said Mr Hogan.

Boeing promises passengers an unrivalled flying experience with the 787, which has bigger windows and cleaner, healthier air.
