From March, 2014, business travellers, tourists and students will have the option of booking tickets on nonstop Emirates flights between Boston, USA and Dubai, UAE. The carrier has announced its decision to run daily flights on the route.

Dubai-based Emirates has recently announced its plans to start flights to Boston from 10th March 2014. It will be a non-stop service, providing a seamless connectivity to those seeking air tickets on the route.

This is the airline’s 8th route into the USA and the 9th into North America. The carrier already offers tickets on flights to Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Toronto and Washington Dulles.

These USA bound flights will be operated by Boeing 777-200LR, as per the company’s press release. Fliers booking tickets for the service will soon be able to enjoy the hospitality of one of the most highly decorated carriers in the world.

“Our Boston service will further develop this exciting gateway into the north-eastern United States. Based on passenger demand, we believe the time is right to further boost our U.S operations, while stimulating channels of trade and tourism to and from the state of Massachusetts and the wider New England region,” His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman and Chief Executive, Emirates Airline & Group said.

From 10th March 2014, EK237 will take off Dubai at 0945hrs and arrive in Boston, USA at 1515hrs. For return flights, EK 238 will take off from Boston at 2255hrs and land at the UAE city at 1910hrs the next day.

As a part of an agreement with JetBlue, those booking air tickets with Emirates and JetBlue are able to take a trip on each other’s flights and also earn reciprocal miles.

Boston is one of the oldest cities in the USA. It is visited by more than 10 million tourists, each year, and is known to be home to USA’s finest medical and educational facilities.
