London, 26 April 2013 – Southall Travel, one of the United Kingdom’s leading worldwide travel agencies, has announced its association with the Indian Premier League. The travel specialist has agreed to a major sports sponsorship deal with the professional league for Twenty20 cricket championship in India.
The IPL is being broadcasted daily on the UK network’s ITV4 and is watched by millions of fans. As part of the agreement, Southall Travel adverts will be shown on 15 second bumper adverts going into each live game.
The tournament will go on till 26th May 2013 and will take place at prominent venues across India.
The IPL is a huge sports tournament that’s not only popular in India and but also in other parts of the world. The current edition of the IPL T20 league boasts names like India’s own Sachin Tendulkar, Australia’s Adam Gilchrist and England’s Eoin Morgan.
