Photography enthusiasts have been given tips on wildlife spots in South Africa.
A new book has listed the top spots for wildlife photography in South Africa.
The Insider’s Guide – Top Wildlife Photography Spots in South Africa is “wonderful”, according to Independent Online.
Written by Shem Compion, the book may be an ideal companion for those booking flights to South Africa in order to take photographs of some truly unique flora and fauna.
It lists the country’s national parks, highlighting the best ones for wildlife photography, and outlines where visitors can find specific animals to capture.
Each nature reserve is also given a rating out of ten so that photographers can easily decide which ones to visit.
“Compion sets out his book cleverly. He describes the reserve in question – explaining the history and animals that you most likely will see there,” the South African news portal noted.
“The type of landscape and vegetation of the area is detailed, so you will know what terrain you will have as your photographic backdrop.”
