Tourists planning holidays in India will soon be able to incorporate some Middle Eastern magic in their vacation packages. Abu Dhabi-based hospitality group, Rotana is likely to make a grand entry into India. The firm plans to come up with as many as 20 properties in India in the next decade, say online news reports. Rotana plans on a debut in India with its flagship brand Rotana in the upscale category and the hotel apartment chain, Arjaan. The firm will also introduce its brand Centro in the country.

While Rotana Hotels and Resorts is likely to appeal to those spending on luxury packages for holidays in India, Arjaan is more of a mid-range brand that is expected to tempt those seeking budget packages for holidays. Centro is even more pocket-friendly and will be an apt choice for vacationers looking for cheap packages during their holidays in India.

As per news reports, the company’s first property will become operational in 2016 in the National Capital Region of India.

The rise in the air capacity between Abu Dhabi and India has also worked in the favour of the group and is likely to make its India entry stronger.

Globally, the hospitality firm operates 46 properties in 10 countries and has another 44 in the pipeline that will come up by 2016 across 10 more countries.
