Kolkata, India will be hosting its 18th movie fest from Nov 10-17. Bollywood icons Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan will be inaugurating the event that is likely to push fans to consider ticket options with airlines offering flights to the city.

Kolkata Film Festival Set to Woo Cinema Lovers Treating motion picture lovers taking tickets on international flights headed to Kolkata India, City is all set to host the 18th Kolkata Film Festival (KFF). The eight-day festival in the capital city of West Bengal will start from 10th Nov 2012 and will go on till Nov 17, tempting movie buffs to look for air tickets for the period.

Popular Bollywood superstars Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan will be inaugurating the fest and are sure to lure fans to book flights tickets for the destination. A musical concert has also been planned for the opening ceremony.

The 18th edition of KFF will showcase as many as 189 movies from 60 countries from all over the word, as the event hopes to cover a wide range of Indian and international motion pictures.

“There will be 180 films from 60 countries and the region of focus will be Africa. Scanning the continent’s cinematic endeavour since 1960, eight classics and nine recent films are lined up for 18th KFF,” said an official associated with the festival.
