Brits catching flights to Egypt now have another luxury accommodation option, as Hilton Hotels & Resorts today (April 21st) opened its 16th hotel in the North African country.

Hilton Zamalek Residence Cairo is situated in the Egyptian capital, overlooking the river Nile, and guests choose to can grab a drink by the pool or book into the health club and spa.

Food lovers are well catered for with a choice of five restaurants, including a speciality eatery and an all-day dining restaurant.

Each room features several mod cons, such as air conditioning, high-speed internet access and an LCD TV with several satellite channels.

Furthermore, those arriving on flights to Cairo‘s airport can get to the Hilton Zamalek in no time, as it is only 12 miles away.

British travellers heading to Egypt this summer can explore the country’s historic sights such as the vibrant Egyptian Bazaar, the Great Sphinx and the Pyramids at Giza.
