The Jumeirah Group has agreed a new deal to operate the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray hotel on the Palm Jumeirah.
Guests taking flights to Dubai will be able to benefit from the hotel’s 405 rooms, 38 villas and ten restaurants and bars. Other facilities also include an 8,000 square metre spa, a private beach, a theatre and two tennis courts.
Jalil Mekouar, the managing director of Jones Lang LaSalle’s hotel division for the Middle East and Africa, explained that luxury hotels have traditionally performed well.
“Jumeirah has been very successful, even in times of crisis,” said Mr Mekouar.
The Jumeriah Zabeel Saray is currently owned by Zabeel Properties – a part of Zabeel Investments of Dubai, who are also developing the Tiara Residence and Hotel on the Palm Jumeirah.
