Research by the company named the luxury hotel the most popular beach hotel around the world at the moment, based on traveller reviews.
According to the hotel’s official website, it was also voted “Best Resort Hotel in the World” by readers of UK Business Traveller Magazine between 2001 and 2008.
The hotel’s glass structure is shaped like a breaking wave and offers private beaches on the shores of the Arabian Gulf, 15 kilometres from Dubai’s city centre.
