Passengers arriving at Dubai Airport will have a new way to find out help and advice.

Travellers landing from flights to Dubai will have the chance to receive help from one of the new virtual assistants being put in place at Dubai International Airport.

The terminal has introduced the help of four bilingual assistants to offer important pieces of travel information to people passing through to catch flights.

Passengers will be greeted by signage which creates the image of a real person offering information and advice to passengers before they board their flight.

Sujata Suri, vice-president for service development for Dubai Airports, said: “As a customer-centric company, we realise that it is essential, amid all the ongoing growth and expansion, that we make the journey through our airport as quick and pleasant as possible.”

Travellers taking flight to Dubai with Emirates who plan to play some golf during their stay could be interested to learn the airline is currently hosting a series of Argentine-themed events at the Jumeirah Golf Estates.
