British chef Alan Groom is sharing his culinary tips this season, with events including early-morning flatbread baking sessions and chutney making lessons using local flowers.

Foodies looking to enjoy the exotic treats on offer can choose to dine on the verandah, in their private room or under the stars at the resort’s large communal poolside table.

El Questro Homestead opens for its 20th season on Friday (April 1st) and offers visitors taking flights to Australia a slice of luxury in the wilderness.

Situated in the million-acre El Questro Wilderness Park, the exclusive resort offers just six luxury rooms, as well as natural thermal springs and 4WD tours of the region.

El Questro Homestead is now accepting bookings for the April to October season and prices start at $1,266 (£812) per night for a double room.
