Anyone who has booked flights to Thailand can expect to experience a wide range of destinations in the country, it has been claimed.
People who are jetting off on flights to Bangkok will find that the pace of life in the city contrasts starkly with some of the country’s other destinations.
This is according to Patrice Gaines, a journalist writing for Luxury Travel Magazine.
She noted that the urban bustle of the capital city will contrast perfectly with a stay on one of the east coast islands.
Ms Gaines spent time on Koh Samui, which is one of three destinations in the Gulf of Thailand, as well as Koh Phagnan and Koh Tao.
The island is described as “a tropical paradise” where visitors can do as little or as much as they please, including indulging in relaxing massages or taking yoga classes in the picturesque surroundings.
Although Bangkok was considerably more hectic, there are still plenty of things that are worth seeing, Ms Gaines commented.
One of the foremost attractions is the Grand Palace and its Emerald Buddha, which she recommended travellers access via a cruise in a long-tail boat.
