Those planning holidays to South Africa this winter may be interested in the range of golf courses on offer in the country.
People intending to book holidays to South Africa may want an alternative to lying on a beach in Cape Town.
There are numerous golf courses on offer around the country – including the De Zalze Winelands that played host to the 2006 World Team Championship and the Pearl Valley, which boasts the title of host ground for the South African Open.
The De Zalze course has on-site wine-tasting for golfers to enjoy after their round and also offers high-quality dining at its Terroir restaurant.
Luxury accommodation in Camps Bay – within walking distance of some of Cape Town’s bars, restaurants and shops – is available for those planning to tee off on one of the courses.
If golfers are intending to travel with non-golfing partners then they will be able to keep themselves occupied with the two swimming pools, Jacuzzi and gardens that surround the villas.
