Jet Airways, a leading Indian airline has added yet another flag in its cap. The airline’s frequent flyer programme, JetPrivilege, has bagged multiple awards at the esteemed annual Freddie Awards 2012.
JetPrivilege swept away awards in three categories – ‘Program of the Year’, ‘Best Promotion for Earning –The JetPrivilege -Trip Advisor Promotion’ and ‘Best Customer Service’ in the Middle East/Oceania/Asia region.
Introduced in 1988 by Inside Flyer magazine’s Randy Petersen, the Freddie Awards are widely considered as the most significant awards of its kind in the airline industry and honours customer loyalty programmes of carriers.
On behalf of Jet Airways, Mr. Siva Ramachandran, Regional Vice President Americas received the award at the gala ceremony held on n April 26, 2012 in New York. Many legendry dignitaries from the travel and trade industry were present at this award ceremony.
JetPrivilege was established in 1994 and offers an array of benefits to travellers who take domestic flights as well as outbound and inbound flights to India with Jet Airways quite frequently. The members of the JetPrivilege programme earn air miles and can redeem them for different benefits. The program is not only beneficial for travellers on business class but also offers a range of privileges to economy class travellers taking tickets on cheap flights to India.
