People planning to fly with KLM can take advantage of a new feature on its website to plan their trip.
Travellers planning to take flights to New Zealand or other destinations with KLM as part of a round the world trip could be able to make the trip easier with a new accessory on its site.
As a member of SkyTeam, it is now offering two versions of the Round the World planner, which allows travellers to map out their trips ahead of booking their journey.
“With hundreds of destinations to choose from, SkyTeam can take our customers wherever they want to go whenever they want to go, whether they are traveling for business or pleasure,” said Mauro Oretti, SkyTeam’s vice-president of sales and marketing.
He added that it will help to take away some of the difficulties posed by planning a round the world itinerary.
People who are taking long-haul flights to New Zealand or other distant countries could follow the advice of Kathrin Cockhill, director of sales and marketing at the Radisson Blu Hotels & Resorts at Stansted Airport, to stay in an airport hotel the night before.
