The project is billed as the Jaipur’s Appu Ghar, India’s most popular amusement park that was located in New Delhi.

It will be the fifth Appu Ghar in the nation but it will be the largest of all in the country.
A senior official associated with the project divulged: “We would be able to launch the first phase within six months.” It will have retail, hospitality and entertainment picks for vacationers landing in the state after grabbing flights tickets.
“The project also proposes to build a golf course to offer a premium leisure holiday destination to tourists. The 18-hole golf course is expected to be ready in a year-and-a-half. The amusement and adventure part of the project would be launched within six months. We are also in talks with some four and five star hotels,” the official continued.
