Kylie confirmed for Abu Dhabi F1 concert

Kylie Minogue will perform during the F1 weekend in Abu Dhabi.

Kylie Minogue has been confirmed as the after-race headline act for the first day of the spectacular F1 grand prix weekend in Abu Dhabi.

The Can’t Get You Out Of My Head singer will take to the stage on the Friday after events at the Yas Marina circuit end.

Organisers have also stated that Canadian rockers Nickelback have been drafted in for Saturday’s festivities.

F1 rolls in to Abu Dhabi on November 2nd and stays to the 4th and with the race day act still to be confirmed excitement is now growing.

In previous years, the finale has seen show-stopping performances by Aerosmith, Prince and Paul McCartney.

John Lickrish, chief executive of Flash Entertainment, organisers of the concerts, said: “They are both huge acts and continue to build on the festival’s commitment to providing world-class live events in and around the race weekend for residents and visitors to enjoy.”
