With festive season just around the corner in India, the Delhi Duty Free Service at Indira Gandhi International Airport is offering shopping promotions to attract foreign tourists booking air tickets on country bound flights.
With the festive season approaching fast in India, Delhi Duty Free Services (DDFS) at Indira Gandhi International airport (IGI) is making every effort to greet travellers buying air tickets for India bound flights with new enticements.
“We are constantly striving to enhance the retail shopping experience of our customers and set a new benchmark for Indian duty-free retail. DDFS is happy to bring such a gold promotion for our patrons.” said a top DDFS official.
This retail space at Terminal 3 of the international airport has launched “All That Glitters is Mine” campaign for the festival of Diwali, a prominent celebration in the country. The campaign entitles all clients between October 15, 2012 and January 10, 2013 to win 1kg Gold in a lucky draw. Shoppers can get one lucky-draw coupon on the purchase between $1-50; three coupons between $51-100 and five coupons above the purchase of $101. This means the more one buys, the more chances are there of winning the lucky draw.
Surely, travellers who are booking flights tickets for visiting India’s capital city during the festive time can indulge in an orgy of shopping at the airport itself.
An array of products like confectionery, Indian handicrafts, liquor, tobacco, perfumes and cosmetics are available at the avenue, allowing passengers travelling on air tickets for Delhi bound flights to lay hands on different items.
