A Phuket resort has been given a stunning makeover by a pair of French designers.

A resort in Phuket has reopened following a stunning designer makeover that will see it become one of the most stylish places to hang out in the city.

The Club Med Phuket has been given a new look by French designer Marc Hartrich and Nicolas Adnet who have taken the opportunity to give the venue an impressive new look, Phuket Wan reported.

A pathway now leads through to the bar and restaurant areas, where diners can eat delicious food late into the evening while overlooking the Quiet Pool.

Even the umbrellas and sun loungers around the pool have been giving an eye-catching makeover, with the parasols in a stylish slanted design that complements the rest of the decor.

Travellers from around the world are also likely to find a warm welcome in their own language when they arrive, with 25 different tongues being spoken by the members of staff.

Situated close to the beach, the venue is also the perfect place for people who wish to learn how to scuba dive during their holiday.
