A group of hotels in Asia are to get new spas to attract those on Thailand holidays

 Brits planning a take cheap flights to Asia and enjoy a holiday may want to stay at the Thistle Port Dickson resort, which is undergoing a makeover.The 251-room five-star resort only opened a year ago but is already having a refurbishment to ensure its facilities are up to the high levels expected by its discerning customers.

The makeover of the hotel is now entering its second phase and once completed, is set to boast upgraded rooms and a brand new spa and wellness centre which will offer both eastern and western treatments.

Dean Rossilli, general manager of Thistle Port Dickson Resort, said the group is “excited to introduce our own brand of spa for the Thistle Hotels chain expansion in Asia”.

Meanwhile, visitors to Thailand may be interested to hear that the Thailand Travel Mart 2010 Plus is due to be held this September. The event is designed to entice tourists to Thailand.
