International tourists taking tickets on flights to India to have a spiritual sojourn will now have more accommodation options to choose from.

India based Daiwik Hotels has planned to establish specialty chain of full-service, four-star hotels in some popular pilgrimage destinations across the country. Daiwik is India’s first 4-star pilgrim hotel chain that offers affordable luxury with state-of-the-art services to domestic as well as foreign travellers.

The hotel group has zeroed down upon five Indian pilgrim destinations to set up the hotels. These destinations include Rameswaram in Tamil Nadu, Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh, and Dwarka in Gujarat, Tirupati in Andhra Pradesh and Katra in Jammu & Kashmir. All these pilgrimage destinations mirror the deep-rooted religious values of the country and tempt hordes of international travellers every year to look for airlines offering cheap flights to India.

As per the media reports, these hotels will come into operation in the next 30 months.

Managing Director & CEO of Daiwik Hotels, Mr. Debashis Ghosal said: “We chose to enter pilgrimage hospitality because of the huge demand and supply gap in the country for quality branded products.”

The pilgrim focused four-star hotels of the company will be targeting the middle-income as well as high-income international and domestic tourists.

Apart from providing accommodation options, Daiwik Hotels has also decided to offer an array of knowledge-based facilities to the travellers including guided tours, historical information about the place and recreational activities like yoga, Ayurveda spa etc. These services will definitely cater to the demands of the international travellers who plan air travel and spend on cheap flight deals for India to experience the healing powers of yoga and Ayurveda.
