Indian-based carrier Jet Airways has won a prestigious award in the aviation industry at a ceremony in India.
Jet Airways chief executive said the company was delighted to have received the prize.
“In the recent past, Jet Airways has … been honoured around the world for the excellence of various aspects of the airline’s services. The Express TravelWorld award is a welcome addition to this growing list of honours,” he commented.
Established in 1993, Jet Airways currently operates over 370 flights a day and claims on its website to connect two places in the world every five minutes.
It serves 68 destinations worldwide, including providing flights to Dubai and Bangkok, among other hotspots.
