Planning a holiday to Goa can be easy if Brits call upon the help of travel firms, it has been claimed.
Brits planning their cheap holidays to Goa have been advised that if they are going to book their trip through a travel agent, they should ensure they “get the right person”.
According to Steve Byrne, managing director at Travel Counsellors, a professional company can save people money and ensure that they get a holiday that will suit their needs and requirements.
Furthermore, they are there in case things go wrong and holidaymakers need the advice of an expert.
He continued by saying that travel firms should become a person’s friend, “be honest, deliver what is promised and build a relationship, get to know them and be prepared to do anything to ensure that the customer gets a superb level of service”.
Earlier this year, Stena Line released the results of a survey which revealed that 57 per cent of people find a travel agent’s knowledge to be a real bonus when it comes to booking their trip.
