Air India’s low-cost subsidiary, Air India Express has announced to operate 27 additional flights from Kerala and Mangalore to various Gulf destinations. The budget airline will start offering tickets on additional flights from October 28, 2012.
International travellers who are often to be seen in a lookout for cheap tickets between India and Gulf destinations have all the reasons to smile now. Air India Express has recently announced to operate 27 additional flights from Kerala and Mangalore to various Gulf destinations from October 28, 2012, revealed online sources.
Air India’s low-cost subsidiary, Air India Express is all set to operate its new winter schedule. As per its winter schedule, the airline will enhance the frequency between South India and Middle East from current 92 to 119 weekly flights.
In its new winter schedule, the airline has revealed that it will offer cheap tickets for daily flights connecting South India’s popular city, Kochi with cities of Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Bahrain, Doha and Sharjah. Kochi will connect to Muscat with thrice weekly services.
Furthermore, the airline will offer tickets on daily flights to the cities of Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Bahrain, Doha, Dammam and Muscat, twice weekly flights to Salalah and one weekly flight to the city of Al-Ain from Kozhikode.
The airline will also offer tickets on daily flights to Abu Dhabi and Dubai, thrice weekly services to Muscat and four times a week services to Sharjah from Thiruvananthapuram. Besides, the carrier will also offer tickets on twice weekly flights connecting Thiruvananthapuram in India and Salalah in Oman.
The carrier will offer tickets on twice daily flights to Dubai, three times a week to Muscat and Abu Dhabi and twice weekly to Doha and Bahrain from Mangalore.
Higher availability of options will spell air tickets to various destinations in Gulf from popular South Indian destinations. This will not only help strengthen the popular route but will also ensure that both locals and foreign vacationers in the regions, who look for cheap tickets to travel between the destinations, are a happy lot.
