Strictly presenter heads to Dubai

Tess Daly, the presenter of the popular BBC Strictly Come Dancing show, has headed to Dubai for a relaxing break.Travelling with her two children and husband Vernon Kay, the television star was pleased by the quick flight to Dubai and the state’s impressive airport, reports the Daily Mail.

She opted to stay at the One&Only Royal Mirage hotel and praised the range of in-room toiletries as well as the convenience of room service. Daly also visited the Dubai hotel’s spa for an intensive facial and scalp massage.

The weather during her family’s stay was also a welcome temperature – especially given the time of year, with the climate hovering around 24 Celsius.

She added: “We spent the rest of our Dubai stay at Atlantis The Palm on the extraordinary Palm Island.

“For families, it definitely has the wow factor with a fantastic aquarium, the Aquaventure water park and Dolphin Bay.”

The One&Only Royal Mirage hotel is 20 minutes from Dubai International Airport and overlooks Palm Island.
