According to Al Bawaba, the Million Dollar Baby star will be present for the opening of Aquitania on the World, a collection of private properties spread over a million square feet on an exclusive island.
Rahail Aslam, chief executive of Select Group, the developers behind the project, said people will see Swank play host at the Buddha Bar this October.
“Aquitainia is one of the most exclusive projects launched in Dubai to date and the presence of an iconic personality like Hilary Swank accentuates the uniqueness of the project,” he commented.
Former Destiny’s Child singer Kelly Rowland will also perform at the event.
In other news for those going on holidays to Dubai, it was announced earlier this month that Kylie Minogue is to sing at a celebrity-studded party to celebrate the opening of the Atlantis, The Palm resort on November 20th.
