The Match of the Day host, 48, showed off his toned stomach in white board shorts, while Bux sported a lilac bikini.
It is the second time that the couple have visited Dubai, having last been to the emirate in January. It is also their ninth holiday together since they began dating 18 months ago.
Bux is no doubt making the most of the sunshine before she returns to take part in the new series of Hell’s Kitchen and seemed happy and relaxed as she strolled along the beach with Lineker.
The lingerie model was last photographed in an on-trend leopard-print bikini on her previous holiday in Dubai.
She is set to marry her footballing beau abroad in a low-key ceremony later this year.
Steven Gerrard, the Beckhams and Nell McAndrew are also known to be celebrity fans of Dubai, perhaps due to its wall-to-wall sunshine and glamorous hotels.
