The Certo Italian Restaurant at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City has been recognised for its work in offering authentic Italian cusine.

The Certo Italian Restaurant at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City has been recognised for its work in offering authentic Italian cusine.Decided at the recent Italian Festival Weeks in the UAE, the Italian Industry and Commerce Office awarded the Dubai restaurant the Ospitalità Italiana award for its Italian authenticity, reports Trade Arabia.

Certo has recently introduced a new menu that could appeal to those taking flights to Dubai in the near future.

Pasquale Baiguera, general manager at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City said: “The latest menu reflects the authentic Italian cuisine Certo is well known for. Our kitchen brigade has created more than 30 dishes, each with a legacy that is deeply rooted in authentic Italian cuisine.”

The Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Media City has 246 luxury rooms, each equipped with flat-panel LCDs and high-speed wireless internet access throughout.
