The authorities have introduced a multiple entry visa for businessmen, property investors and cruise passengers.
These plans have been in discussion for nearly three years and now people getting flights to Dubai can take advantage of the amendment.
The previous visa process imposed financial burden as well as a lot of documentation procedures for tourists to the area of 32 nationalities.
Multiple entry visas can be issued by both the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs and UAE’s Consular offices abroad.
This news comes as the Emirates Group has seen a 68 per cent rise in profits for the first half of the year. As a result there could be an even greater increase in the number of people looking forcheap flights to Dubai.
In order to have multiple visas granted, certain conditions need to be fulfilled. Tourists will be able to enter the country several times during the three months from the date of issuance, but there must be a maximum stay of 14 days each visit.
