Ian Poulter will be among those competing for the Australian Masters next month.
This year has been one of the finest in sporting history, with 2012 seeing London host its third Olympics and Spain continue to dominate world football by winning their third consecutive major tournament.
One of the highlights was the Ryder Cup, which featured a thrilling final-day comeback from Europe, who broke American hearts to win the trophy, with Ian Poulter producing some amazing matchplay moments.
He will be looking to see if he can continue his terrific form when he heads down under to defend his Australian Masters title.
Golf fans should book flights to Melbourne for November 15th to 18th to see if Poulter can retain the Golden Jacket at the Kingston Health Golf Club.
The event attracts some of the finest players in the world, with past winners including Tiger Woods.
As well as Poulter, Aussie Adam Scott and Northern Ireland’s major winner Graeme McDowell have already confirmed that they will be taking part.
