People heading off on flights to Cape Town may be interested in some recommendations about the best restaurants and cafes in the city.
One place that should not be missed is the Foodbarn Deli. According to the newspaper, the smells created by the freshly-baked cakes, biscuits, bread, pastries and pies makes it “almost impossible to walk out empty handed”.
Meanwhile, for a taste of real Cape Malay cuisine, visitors should stop off at Biesmiellah.
“On the menu are chilli bites (or daltjies) and samosas, both snack-style finger treats that you must try,” the news provider stated, adding that the “tamarind-spiked lamb stew known as denningvleis” will make a visit “truly unforgettable”.
