A Cape Town hotel is due to re-launch its signature spa in August.
British holidaymakers looking to unwind after catching flights to South Africa this summer will have another option, as the Twelve Apostles Hotel in Cape Town is due to re-launch its Spa.
The new spa will focus on restoring beauty and balance through individual treatments, using Elemis and Dermalogica products.
Under the guidance of owners Red Carnation, it is hoped that the Twelve Apostles Spa will be as successful as its award-winning sister destinations The Oyster Box in Umhlanga and Bushmans Kloof Wellness Retreat in the Cederberg.
Toni Tollman, designer at Red Carnation, said: “Our commitment to wellbeing focuses on holistic principles, combining ancient wisdom with modern expertise.”
Signature treatments at the Twelve Apostles Spa will include a hot stone foot massage using stones from Table Mountain, and a lava shell massage with shells from the Atlantic Ocean.
Furthermore, the spa’s health bar will be stocked with complimentary fruit nibbles, freshly-squeezed juices and herbal teas.
From June 1st for eight weeks, the Twelve Apostles Spa will be closed for renovation, prior to its August re-launch.
