Singapore Airlines and SilkAir have launched a special pre-monsoon offer to China and Singapore from various Indian cities. The news has brought big cheers for budget travellers taking flights to India and willing to extend their holiday tour
Singapore Airlines and SilkAir have rolled out special pre-monsoon offer for travellers who wish to fly out of India and back. The airlines have taken the initiative to boost their passenger traffic by luring more number of mid-range travellers who look for cheap flight deals for their holiday tour.
Singapore’s flag carrier, Singapore Airlines and its wholly owned subsidiary, SilkAir have introduced special air ticket fares to China and Singapore at an all-inclusive return economy class fare of INR 38,888 per person (inclusive of all taxes and surcharges). Destinations such as Beijing, Changsha, Chengdu, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Kunming, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Wuhan and Xiamen have been included in the promotion.
The offer is valid on Singapore Airlines or SilkAir flights from Indian cities of Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Kochi, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi and Thiruvananthapuram. International tourists vacationing in India can also opt for the offer in case they wish to travel to the above mentioned destinations. Surely, the offer is going to complement their cheap flights to India well.
Making the announcement of the offer, Mr. G.M. Toh, General Manager India, Singapore Airlines, said, “The special all-inclusive fare to Singapore and China is in sync with the company’s core philosophy of providing the best value-for money service. With this special offer, our customers can enjoy 2 destinations for the price of one.”
Customers who want to take advantage of the offer must make their bookings by June 15 for travel from July 1 to September 30. Further, a minimum of two passengers must fly together for the entire itinerary and arrive back within one month from the origination of travel from India.
At present, Singapore Airlines operates 53 weekly flights from six cities in India. SIA’s regional wing, SilkAir offers 33 weekly flights to India from seven cities in India.
