Malaysia Airlines has announced that it is extending its low-cost fares to cover destinations in Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
Travellers looking for cheap flights to Thailand are in luck, with flights to Phuket on offer from £499 from Malaysia Airlines.
There are also deals on flights to the Australian cities of Perth and Sydney.
Travellers can fly to Perth from £649, where they can take a cruise on Swan River or visit the tranquil Rottnest Island and take advantage of its 63 beaches.
The Malaysia Airlines sale covers flights on selected dates between October 10th 2009 and May 31st 2010 and all bookings need to be made by October 31st 2009.
Selected business class fares have also been cut on flights made before December 31st this year.
Earlier this year, Malaysia Airlines – which flies daily from London Heathrow – was presented with the ‘World’s Best Cabin Staff’ award by Skytrax UK.
