Jet Airways – which offers flights to India, among other destinations – has announced the beginning of a new entertainment festival aimed at its younger passengers.

The carrier launched World of Wonders this week, which will last two months and will see children provided with an array of multimedia entertainment thanks to collaborations with companies such as the Disney Channel.

Hannah Montana and Camp Rock will be among the shows screened, while competitions will be available to give children the opportunity to win prizes.

Sudheer Raghavan, chief commercial officer of Jet Airways, said: “Our young passengers are special and form an important segment of the flying public. Jet Airways is delighted to partner with the Disney channel and welcome them to the World of Wonders.”

Last month, Jet Airways was given the accolade of one of the top three airlines in the world by readers of Conde Nast Traveler magazine.
