Indian Airline Jet Airways are offering travellers flying to Bengaluru before June 11th 2009 a ten per cent discount off their base ticket price.

The airline is the “official and exclusive partner” of the Bengaluru International Airport Shopping Festival and will be offering passengers flying to the destination offers and privileges in celebration, the company has announced.

“Airports in India are evolving and going through major changes. This also opens up opportunities for airlines to add value to the consumers by giving them a unique experience while travelling,” said Girish Nair, area general manager for Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh at Jet Airways.

Passengers travelling to the airport with Jet Airways may be able to receive a discount at partner stores such as Odyssey, Café Coffee Day, Cookie Man, Secure Wrap, Carbon, Deepika Govind, Gamez, Asmi, Nakshatra and D’damas and travel services such as Easy Cab and Hertz.

Bengaluru International Airport is located in the peninsula of southern India, which is surrounded by the Bay of Bengal, the Arabian Sea and the Indian Ocean.
