Travellers looking to fly to Egypt from Gatwick and Manchester will have more choice next year.

British travellers looking to explore the Middle East next year can take advantage of a new range of flights to Egypt and Turkey from Monarch.

Operating out of Gatwick and Manchester, the summer 2012 schedule includes services to the popular scuba diving resort of Sharm el Sheikh.

Other destinations on offer include Antalya (from Gatwick only) and Dalaman, resulting in up to 25 extra flights per week to Turkey and Egypt.

Kevin George, managing director of Monarch, said: “As well as benefiting from a fantastic value fare, customers can also select from a range of optional extras such as extra legroom seating and pre-ordered meals.”

He added that the new flights were part of Monarch’s ‘build your own class’ service, which allows travellers to create a tailor-made flight package.

The flights are on sale now and cover the summer 2012 period, up until October of next year.

Other airlines offering flights to Sharm el Sheikh include Austrian Airlines, Kuwait Airways and EgyptAir.
