The Egyptian Red Sea resort of Hurghada is due to welcome a new luxury hotel this summer.

Brits catching flights to Hurghada are due to get another luxury accommodation option, as the Makadi Spa Hotel is due to open its doors in July.

The five-star hotel is situated on its own private beach, offering an exclusive relaxing Egyptian experience on the coast of the Red Sea.

Facilities on offer include three large outdoor freshwater swimming pools, as well as snorkelling lessons off the coast.

Other activities available include yoga, aerobics and water aerobics, while those looking for some retail therapy can catch the hotel’s free daily shuttle bus to the Grand Mall in Hurghada.

The hotel’s spa features treatments by French pampering specialists Cinq Modes, ranging from massages to aromatherapy, or you can choose to simply relax in the resort’s Jacuzzi, sauna and hammam.

Finally, when it comes to dinner, you can choose from four restaurants serving a range of international cuisine, including Spanish, Asian and fresh seafood.
