Emirates airline is offering passengers who want to take a flight between Dubai and Birmingham the chance to fly aboard its superjumbo plane.
The A380 plane will carry travellers between the destinations for one day only – on September 9th – as part of celebrations to mark the 70th anniversary of Birmingham airport.
“We hope that many travellers from around the region will take advantage of this opportunity to fly on the superjumbo for the first time,” said the deputy chief executive officer for the airport Joe Kelly.
He added that with the range of facilities on the flight, including the world’s first onboard shower spa, passengers “won’t be disappointed”.
The super-jumbo is a double-decker plane and the First Class service offers underfloor heating, shower kits and leather seating.
If travellers are looking to book flights to Dubai in October, they may wish to take advantage of the Dubai Airport Expo that attracts some 300,000 electronics enthusiasts every year.
Taking place between October 17th and 24th visitors may be able to pick up gadgets at low prices.
